The Pencil

as tall as

a tree standing

so proudly and

as sharp as

a needle a pink

eraser like a light

pink petal on a

flower as skinny

as a white shoelace

lying on the ground.

it coming from ?
The kitchen I see
I run to the
kitchen to see 
but when I 
get there there's 
no more pie left
for me
